Leverage the Forensic Engine for Triage
By default, your Master Inventory Ledger shows every image our crawler found on your site, deduplicated using high-performance 64-bit hashing. To cut through the noise, use the forensic filters:
High Risk First: Sort your ledger by the Forensic Risk Score. The proprietary OpenAI risk scoring, combined with Google Vision and TinEye, surfaces the assets most likely to attract enforcement agencies.
Source Clues: Use the search bar to filter by likely origin domains (e.g., gettyimages.com or unsplash.com). Because PicDefense cannot know if an image was previously licensed by a former employee, these source hints are critical for reconstructing provenance.
Build Your Proof Vault (Asset Verification)
Once you’ve filtered your high-risk images, it is time to close the loop.
Locate your receipts, stock licenses, or release forms.
Upload and attach these documents directly to the image record inside the Proof Vault.
Update the image status to “Verified (Proof on File)”. If you cannot find the license, mark it as “Missing” and replace the asset immediately.
Export the Defense Kit
If you are responding to an active demand letter, you need to transform your raw data into a professional legal artifact. Select the URLs cited in the claim and click Export Defense Kit. This generates a comprehensive PDF/ZIP containing forensic timestamps, visual match data, and your attached proof—an organized record trail you can confidently hand to your legal counsel.
