Understanding the Initial Baseline Scan Fee
Before Site Monitoring can track new images, we need to establish a baseline and create a complete inventory of all images currently on your website. This ensures a starting point for monitoring, so we only check for new images going forward, and gives you a comprehensive report of existing images.
Because this first scan analyzes your entire historical library, it may incur a one-time initialization fee if your site exceeds the monthly allowance of your plan.
How is the initial scan fee calculated?
- If your site has 150 or fewer images (on the Starter plan), the initial scan is fully covered under your plan.
- If your site has more than 150 images, the extra images will be billed at $0.15 per image.
Once the initial scan is completed, all future scans will only analyze newly added images, eliminating the need for additional bulk scans.
